Recruitment Officer

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably with a recruitment agency or staffing firm. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring both blue-collar workforce for engineering and manufacturing industries and white-collar professionals for corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
  • Recruit blue-collar staff including technicians, operators, electricians, welders, machine operators, and other manufacturing personnel.
  • Recruit white-collar professionals across various departments.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate the selection process.
  • Maintain recruitment records, databases, and hiring reports.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • MBA in Human Resources from a recognized university.
  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment/staffing firm.
  • Experience hiring for engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and corporate roles.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and sourcing techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media recruitment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment KPIs and hiring metrics.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
