Senior Manager Talent Acquisition - Global Recruitment

About the Role

Utopia Brands is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead international recruitment across the United States, China, the Philippines, and Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global hiring, stakeholder management, and building high-performing recruitment teams in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for international markets, primarily the US, with additional hiring across China, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality talent.
• Manage multiple hiring projects while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Mentor and lead the Talent Acquisition team while driving continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience hiring for US-based positions and exposure to recruitment in China, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
• Experience recruiting for functions such as Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Services.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, Boolean sourcing, and talent mapping.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced international or e-commerce environment is highly preferred.
