Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and ensuring timely hiring of quality talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Graduation completed (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet hiring deadlines independently
• Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
