RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

The Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for both technical and non-technical positions across the organization. This role supports hiring requirements for an industrial machinery supplier business and an FMCG company specializing in spices and desserts, ensuring timely talent acquisition for warehouse, engineering, technical sales, manufacturing, production, supply chain, FMCG sales, creative marketing and corporate functions.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and onboarding coordination.

· Recruit for a wide range of positions, including:

o Industrial Machinery Business: Sales Engineers, Service Engineers, Technicians, Import, Warehouse Staff, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technical Sales, Accounts Operations and administrative roles.

o FMCG (Spices & Desserts): Production Staff, Quality Assurance, Warehouse Personnel, Sales Team, Merchandisers, Supply Chain, Creative & Marketing, Retail/Distribution Staff and Corporate Roles.

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and internal databases.

· Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability based on technical and behavioral competencies.

· Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

· Conduct initial HR interviews and assist in technical interview coordination.

· Ensure smooth communication and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

· Prepare offer letters, employment contracts and hiring documentation.

· Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.

· Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports, including hiring status, time-to-fill, and recruitment metrics.

· Draft and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels.

· Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent for technical and FMCG business operations.

· Coordinate pre-employment documentation and joining formalities.

· Assist in onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees.

· Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing & Public administration.

· 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in FMCG manufacturing or industrial sectors.

· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP.)

· Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
