Talent Acquisition Executive

Full job description

We are hiring Talent Acquisition Executive who is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the organization. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and Corporate Functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The incumbent will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent pipeline development, campus recruitment, and recruitment analytics to support the organization's strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Develop attractive job descriptions and post vacancies across multiple hiring platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee, referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct competency-based initial interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference and background verification before final selection.
• Coordinate offer management and salary negotiation within approved compensation guidelines.
• Ensure timely joining and smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• HR Certifications (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, LinkedIn Learning, etc.) will be an advantage.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Property Development, or Corporate sector is preferred.
• Experience hiring Sales professionals and Technical/Engineering roles is highly desirable.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
