Job Summary
We're hiring Recruitment Consultants.
This role is focused on recruiting nurses, care workers, and healthcare professionals for job opportunities in the UK. The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing applicants, conducting initial interviews, communicating with candidates, coordinating with clients, and supporting successful job placements.
No prior recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided. This is a strong opportunity for fresh graduates, entry-level candidates, and professionals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment, HR, sales, or international hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Search, identify, and contact healthcare candidates for UK job opportunities
- Speak with nurses, care workers, and healthcare professionals to understand their profile and availability
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability
- Guide candidates through the international recruitment and hiring process
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates through phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with internal teams and international clients
- Keep candidate records, updates, and recruitment progress properly organized
- Support candidates with required documentation and interview preparation
- Work toward monthly recruitment targets and successful placements
- Build strong professional relationships with candidates and clients
Requirements
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Confident, professional, and people-focused personality
- Strong phone communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple candidates at the same time
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, HR, customer service, call center, or healthcare staffing is preferred but not required
