Technical Recruiter (Remote – Contractual Position)

About the Role

SourceTek is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical, non-technical, senior-level, and consultant positions across multiple industries. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
  • Conduct competency-based and preliminary technical interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Meet recruitment targets and achieve timely closures for open positions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for technical, non-technical, senior, and consultant-level positions.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, software development roles, cloud technologies, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
  • Experience working in agency, consulting, or staffing environments is preferred.
