About the Role
SourceTek is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for technical, non-technical, senior-level, and consultant positions across multiple industries. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates while managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand hiring needs and recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct competency-based and preliminary technical interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet recruitment targets and achieve timely closures for open positions.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and industry best practices.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for technical, non-technical, senior, and consultant-level positions.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies, software development roles, cloud technologies, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills.
- Experience working in agency, consulting, or staffing environments is preferred.
