Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Recruiter role based in Sahiwal. The Information Technology Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruiting for IT roles, including intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves evaluating technical skills and cultural fit, coordinating interview schedules, facilitating feedback discussions, and managing offers and onboarding processes. The recruiter will maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system, build and nurture talent pipelines, and support workforce planning for ongoing and project-based hiring needs. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely staffing for field services, technical support, and infrastructure projects.

• Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Candidates should possess IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills to effectively assess and place technology professionals.
• Candidates should possess Hiring experience, including conducting interviews, coordinating selection decisions, and managing offer negotiations.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills to work with hiring managers and external partners.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
• Relevant experience in recruiting for IT field services, support, or infrastructure roles is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Sahiwal, manage multiple requisitions, and meet time-sensitive staffing demands.
