About the Role:

Our Company is hiring a Technical Recruiter & HR Manager to own hiring and people operations end to end. We need someone who can source, screen, and close technical talent quickly and consistently to keep pace with our growth, while also building and managing company culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Run full-cycle technical recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates fast and at volume.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and technical talent.
• Own core HR operations: onboarding, employee engagement, performance, and day-to-day people management.
• Shape and nurture company culture and act as the point person for team wellbeing.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring priorities.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment and/or HR management.
• Proven ability to hire quickly without compromising on quality.
• Solid understanding of technical roles and how to assess candidates for them.

• Shift Working: Morning
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Work Timing: 10:30am - 7pm
• Location: Johar Town, near Emporium, Lahore.

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
