We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Junior HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to successfully placing them with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for client requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and headhunting.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles to identify suitable matches.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through various recruitment channels.
