Role Overview

We’re looking for ambitious and fluent English speaking HR graduates or freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team. No prior recruitment experience required comprehensive training will be provided in international hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for tech and non-tech roles in the Canadian market.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate records effectively.
• Communicate professionally with candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others for talent sourcing.
• Support senior recruiters throughout the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For

• 0 to 6 months of experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Passion for recruitment and career growth in international HR.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Fresh graduates and A/O Level candidates with strong spoken English are highly encouraged to apply.
