Head HR Manager – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Morning Shift)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent while supporting employee onboarding and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

- Create and publish job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms

- Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates

- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate final interviews with management

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

- Manage employee onboarding and documentation

- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports

- Support employee engagement and HR-related initiatives

- Improve hiring processes and recruitment efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum 3 years of HR and recruitment experience

- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and hiring processes

- Excellent communication, interviewing, and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to manage multiple hiring positions simultaneously

Important Requirement:

Applicants must have current or previous HR experience in a software house, IT company, digital marketing agency, or a similar service-based organization. We are specifically looking for someone who understands the culture, hiring challenges, and fast-paced environment of the software and technology industry.

Candidates whose primary HR experience is limited to factories, manufacturing plants, textile units, or industrial environments will not be considered for this position.

Preference will be given to candidates currently working in a software house, IT company, or digital marketing agency.
