About the Role

We're looking for a Senior HR Executive with strong experience in bulk hiring, particularly for sales-focused roles. This role requires someone who can take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle, make quick hiring decisions, and build a consistent hiring pipeline through multiple recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and operational roles.
• Handle bulk hiring while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Create and manage a strong recruitment funnel to ensure continuous hiring.
• Source candidates through multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain an active and professional LinkedIn presence to attract talent and build employer branding.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
• Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring strategies.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Strong and well-maintained LinkedIn presence is mandatory, with active networking, talent sourcing, and employer branding experience.
• Represent the company at HR, corporate, and industry events, actively networking with professionals.
• Minimum 3+ years of HR recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably in BPO's.
• Excellent decision-making and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment targets.
• Strategic mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
