Job Posting Location: DHA, Phase V, 26th Street, Badar Commercial Area, Above KFC, Karachi

Job Type: Full Time, Office Based / Onsite

Days and Timing: Monday to Saturday | 10 am to 7 pm

Requirements:

• BBA / MBA in HR at least 16 years of education with a minimum of 3 CGPA from good university
• Must have completed degree program.
• 3+ Year relevant HR Experience in Hiring & Talent Acquisition of Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Digital Media Staff.
• Prefer candidates from Digital Media Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Marketing Firms, Insurance, Takaful, Technology, Real Estate, Banking, or Other High Quality and Fast Service Oriented Companies.
• Age above 25
• Advance Level Command of LinkedIn, indeed, Other Job Portals
• Good number of connections on LinkedIn
• Good Command on English Language (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Good Command on Google Sheets
• Good Command on using AI Tools and Social Media
• Candidate must be able to work independently so must have good command and speed on all HR functions.
• Able to work under pressure and can sit late to achieve hiring targets.
• Excellent in Follow up
• Sharp Mind, Extrovert
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Attention to Details and Quick Learner

Job Description:

• Candidate will work in the HR department of MAS Group of companies (Shaadi Organization Pakistan, Mega Marketing Network, Al Haqq Law Firm & Other Sister Concerns)
• Hiring & Talent Acquisition using LinkedIn, Job Portals for all companies
• Take part in training process
• Staff attendance and payroll processing of all companies
• All other HR functions
