This role requires someone who can take ownership of the complete recruitment cycle, make quick hiring decisions, and build a consistent hiring pipeline through multiple recruitment channels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and operational roles.</li><li>Handle bulk hiring while maintaining quality hiring standards.</li><li>Create and manage a strong recruitment funnel to ensure continuous hiring.</li><li>Source candidates through multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Rozee, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.</li><li>Maintain an active and professional LinkedIn presence to attract talent and build employer branding.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate hiring decisions.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.</li><li>Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring strategies.</li><li>Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong and well-maintained LinkedIn presence is mandatory, with active networking, talent sourcing, and employer branding experience.</li><li>Represent the company at HR, corporate, and industry events, actively networking with professionals.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of HR recruitment experience.</li><li>Proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably in BPO's.</li><li>Excellent decision-making and candidate evaluation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment targets.</li><li>Strategic mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Strategic thinker</li><li>Highly responsible and accountable</li><li>Self-driven and proactive</li><li>Strong leadership and people skills</li><li>Maintain a strong hiring presence and build the company's reputation.</li><li>Results-oriented with a passion for hiring the right talent.</li></ul>Apply now!Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
