Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential leads and promote our fintech/crypto products or services
• Clearly explain product benefits, pricing, and platform features to prospective users
• Answer customer queries related to account creation, exchange, security, and payment process
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and maintain client relationships
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback

Language Requirements (Any 2 or More):

• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Should speak at least one or more of the following fluently:
• Hindi
• Tamil
• Malayalam
• Kannada
• Telugu

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confidence in handling objections and closing deals over the phone
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with digital wallets and cryptocurrency-related products is a plus
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking
