FirstPoint Group is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tendering Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing and managing tenders in the design, fit-out, and maintenance sectors, with a strong understanding of local regulations, pricing strategies, and project coordination.

This is a key role that requires both technical and commercial knowledge to help us secure new projects and contribute to our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents and project requirements in detail
• Prepare BOQs, pricing, technical submissions, and commercial proposals
• Liaise with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate input
• Conduct site visits, supplier/subcontractor meetings, and clarifications when needed
• Ensure all submissions are compliant, competitive, and professionally presented
• Track tender deadlines, submission schedules, and post-tender follow-ups
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Maintain a database of suppliers, subcontractors, and historical pricing

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in tendering and estimation for interior design, fit-out, and maintenance projects in the UAE
• Strong understanding of pricing, market trends, and vendor relationships
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and tender management software/tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Dubai market regulations and industry practices is a must
