As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Ticketing Coordinator to join our team.
As a Ticketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of ticketing for our company. This includes managing ticket sales, monitoring ticket inventory, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will also work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth and efficient ticketing processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all ticket sales for events, including online and in-person sales
• Monitor ticket inventory and ensure timely restocking when necessary
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective ticketing strategies
• Coordinate with event organizers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tickets
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any ticketing issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and revenue
• Prepare and distribute reports on ticket sales and revenue to management
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ticketing to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Ticketing Coordinator or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of ticketing processes and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticketing software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events
• Experience in the events or entertainment industry is a plus
