Eplanet Global is looking for a dynamic and results-driven TikTok Shop Account Manager to oversee and optimize our presence on TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, driving sales, and enhancing our brand’s visibility on the platform. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce, and expertise in TikTok’s marketplace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop to maximize visibility and sales.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost revenue.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to refine strategies.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and marketing teams to enhance brand engagement and drive sales.
• Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, and TikTok Shop Ads to improve product reach and performance.
• Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and guidelines.
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to enhance user experience and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and efficient order processing.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and features in TikTok Shop to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a TikTok Shop Account Manager, E-commerce Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop’s policies, algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience in digital marketing, influencer collaboration, and social commerce strategies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and improve performance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service in an e-commerce setting is a plus.
