Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a TikTok Shop Manager to oversee our TikTok Shop operations, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce, social media sales, and digital marketing, with a deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and shopping features. You will be responsible for managing product listings, executing sales strategies, and engaging with the TikTok audience to boost conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, manage, and optimize the TikTok Shop to maximize sales and engagement.
  • Upload and manage product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and visuals.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Handle inventory management, order processing, and customer inquiries.

Sales & Marketing Strategies:

  • Develop and execute sales campaigns to drive product visibility and revenue.
  • Implement TikTok advertising strategies, including paid ads and influencer collaborations.
  • Optimize product placement using SEO-friendly descriptions, keywords, and hashtags.
  • Utilize TikTok Live Selling and short-form videos to enhance sales.
  • Identify trending products and capitalize on viral content opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce sales, TikTok Shop management, or social media sales.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and engagement tactics.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of content creation, video editing, and influencer marketing (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing trends.
