Job Summary (English):

We are hiring a fresh diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering for a trainee position in our technical team. The selected candidate will undergo hands-on training in mechanical operations, machine handling, production processes, and basic maintenance procedures under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in machine operations, assembly, and production line activities
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks
• Help with technical documentation, inspection reports, and quality checks
• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate with the engineering team for daily tasks
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and cleanliness in the workplace

Qualifications:

• DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Mechanical
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, drawings, and measurements
• Willing to learn and adapt to industrial working environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Career Path:

Successful trainees may be promoted to roles such as Machine Operator, Maintenance Technician, or Production Supervisor after 6–12 months of performance review.
