Job Description
  • Position

    PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

    • Support PCDA Training Manager to implement international training strategy and to measure the impact
    • Animate training sessions
    • Is an ambassador of the Dior brand and our expertise
      • Coach Beauty consultant and to conduct GROW on her territory
  • Job responsibilities

    Execution

    • Animate training sessions: integration, product, expertise, Dior Art of Selling
    • Apply Dior pedagogical approach
    • Ensure quality of theoretical and practical knowledge transfer
    • Coach as needed
    • Be exemplary in expertise and selling, in classroom and on field
    • Digital expert, video tutorials
    Report experts, excel & PowerPoint.

    Follow up

    • Conduct store visits with retail teams to ensure training & coaching are optimal and to identify future training needs
    • Measure and monitor sell out team performance following training actions
    • Track field training actions
    Be proactive in proposing actions to improve service

    Time allocation

    • Ensure that "the coach of the coach "is conducted well on the selected area for account & retail managers
      • Trainer must be linked to the field as well as have time in office to ensure his overall missions 20% office 80% field

    • Respect of budget, training objectives, training expertise and productivity goals (# of training sessions per year/per BCs, # of BCs trained, quality of individual training path, impact of training actions : category performance, customer recruitment, UPT, IPT…)

    REQUIRED BACKGROUND

    Diplomas / Experience:

    • University Degree
    • Minimum Experience of 3-5 year in Beauty Training
    • Previous experiences as Beauty Trainer is preferred
