In addition, the Senior Sales Executive is responsible for stock replenishment, promotion of products and new launches, and cash handling.

</b></h3><p></p><p>The Department Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Assistant Boutique Director with the day-to-day job functions to successfully run the department. The Assistant must maintain the highest level of client service throughout the department in line with Christian Dior expectations.

</b></h3><p></p><p>Tasks and Responsibilities
</p><ul><li>Establish and maintain comprehensive client records
</li><li>Serve as a partner in facilitating communication between Management and client advisors
</li><li>Manage all incoming and outgoing requests while ensuring consolidation compliance
</li><li>Create reports to capture category clients
</li><li>Assist in organizing and scheduling Trunk Shows, events and client experiences in partnership with Merchandising
</li><li>Oversee loans, transfers and cycle counts weekly while maintaining organization of stockrooms and department&rsquo;s inventory accuracy
</li><li>Manage incoming requests such as reservations, Client Go bags and CSR related tasks (ringing, wrapping, loans) in presence of Sales Associate
</li><li>Support with launch preparation by creating look books with SKU, photos and pricing.
</li><li>Pull reserves from shows with client deposits for Client Advisor
</li></ul><p>Cross Functional Tasks
</p><ul><li>Take photos of new arrivals and share with boutique team on photo circle.
</li><li>Create Transfers for incoming requested pieces and occasionally for items going out.
</li><li>Maintenance of reservation room
</li><li>Maintain image of salon while adhering to VM guidelines
</li><li>Maintain 5S standards with stockroom
</li><li>Messenger service- Client deliveries if needed per dept or transfers on rush pieces

</b></h3><p></p><p>The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $30 - $35 per hour, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate&rsquo;s relevant skills and experience.
