JOB ROLE

1-System capabilities especially on SAP/HANA S-4:

· SALES TRANSFER NOTE (STN)

· GENERAL COMMON USER ACCESS (ZD_ISR, MB52, MB51, ME2W, MB5B, MB5T, ME2L)

· SHIPPING SPECIALIST (VL10B, VL02N, MIGO)

· ARIBA CENTRAL RECEIVER (Vendor Expenses Approvals)

· ARIBA REQUISITIONER (Creating PRs)

· ARIBA SLP SUPPLIER REQUESTOR (New Vendor Opening)

2-Core Transportation Activities:

· Daily STN generation activity.

· Active tracking of in-transit stock of issued STN.

· Daily coordination with company transporters for the availability & route planning activity of vehicles with respective warehouse for product dispatches.

· To consolidate and to verify the transportation expenses on weekly basis.

· Weekly expense tracking of transportation budget from multiple warehouses.

· Invoice dispatches and acknowledgement status on weekly basis.

3-Area of Responsibilities:

· Ensure the acknowledgments of all the delivered invoices are received on 1st working date of the month to be reported to Finance department for monthly revenue recognition of sales.

· Daily posting of GRN’s for stock transfers from plant/other locations.

· Follow-up of transporter/vendor payments from AP team.

· Ensure all the deliveries are as per SOP.

· Assist Transportation Lead on day-to-day basis.

4-Professional Credentials

· At least 2-years of working experience in Supply Chain/Operations functions of a company.

· System proficiency preferably SAP,S4-Hana.

· Bachelors + Professional Certifications (for Logistics/Transport/Supply Chain/Inventory/Operations etc.)/Masters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
