Job Title: Travel Consultant
Location: Deira, Dubai

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be with a strong background in travel services, including flight bookings using Sabre and Amadeus, visa processing, and crafting tailored travel packages. You will play a key role in delivering top-tier service to our clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Travel Planning:

• Provide personalized travel consultation to clients based on their needs and preferences.
• Assist with travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and activities.
• Handle travel bookings using Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems efficiently and accurately.
• Advise clients on travel requirements, visa processes, and travel regulations.
• Create and promote customized travel packages and itineraries for various destinations.

Visa and Documentation Assistance:

• Guide clients through the visa application process for various destinations.
• Ensure all required documents are accurate and submitted on time.
• Stay updated with the latest visa policies and requirements.

Product Knowledge & Innovation:

• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
• Offer suggestions and upsell services based on destination expertise, especially within Dubai and other key locations.

Customer Service:

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
• Handle travel-related concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for all clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the travel industry, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Proficient in Sabre and Amadeus GDS systems.
• Strong knowledge of international visa requirements and procedures.
• Experience in creating and selling travel packages.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
