Position Overview:

The Tribe Lead oversees the strategic and operational success of a cross-functional tribe, aligning product goals with business objectives, driving collaboration, and ensuring value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align tribe objectives with the bank's strategic goals and set clear roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering an agile and high-performance culture.
• Oversee daily product development operations, optimizing team efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven expertise in agile methodologies and risk management.

• Experience in digital banking/fintech and Agile/Scrum certifications.
