We are looking for a Truck Dispatcher to join our team for the US campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching trucks, managing freight schedules, and ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining excellent communication with drivers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Load Planning & Dispatching – Assign loads to drivers, optimize routes, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
✅ Communication – Maintain real-time communication with drivers, brokers, and customers.
✅ Tracking & Monitoring – Use tracking systems to monitor truck locations and resolve any delays.
✅ Problem-Solving – Handle unexpected issues like delays, breakdowns, or route changes efficiently.
✅ Documentation & Compliance – Ensure all necessary paperwork, logs, and compliance documents are maintained.
✅ Negotiation & Coordination – Work with brokers and shippers to secure loads at competitive rates.
✅ Customer Service – Provide excellent support to clients and address any concerns proactively.

Requirements:

✔ Experience in Truck Dispatching (US market preferred).
✔ Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and dispatching software.
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills (Fluent in English).
✔ Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
