We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of professional experience to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing user-centric digital products and a strong understanding of design principles, especially within SaaS platforms. Experience in the Telecom or Fintech industry will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Work within and contribute to existing design systems to maintain consistency across products.
• Support the team in delivering polished, pixel-perfect designs from concept through final implementation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and digital product design.
• Participate in feedback sessions and iterate designs based on team and user input.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in designing digital products, preferably for SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and design thinking methodologies.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile team environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
