• UI/UX Design Strategy & Execution:
• Research and analyze user experience design requirements for the company’s suite of digital platforms (websites, apps, and other digital touchpoints).
• Conceptualize and execute comprehensive UI/UX design strategies aligned with brand identity and business objectives.
• Design Development:
• Produce high-quality UX solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams, sitemaps, storyboards, prototypes, and responsive visual designs.
• Design intuitive UI elements, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets, and interactive modules.
• Ensure designs are optimized for cross-platform use (web and mobile).
• Graphic Design:
• Create visually compelling designs for banners, landing pages, ads, presentations, and other brand-related digital and print materials.
• Maintain consistency in visual branding and ensure adherence to typography, color, and design standards.
• Creating visually impactful ads for social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads).
• Designing engaging email marketing templates and dynamic visuals for newsletters.
• Crafting consistent visuals for web-based promotions, including promotional banners, hero images, and pop-ups.
• Producing animations and GIFs for interactive ads and social media content.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to optimize designs for A/B testing and data-driven improvements.
• Collaboration:
• Partner with marketing teams and internal/external designers to deliver user-centric and visually stunning digital experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented and function as intended across platforms.
• User Testing & Research:
• Conduct and incorporate UX research and usability testing activities to understand user behaviors and preferences.
• Provide recommendations for design improvements based on data insights and user feedback.
• Quality Assurance:
• Test and refine UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page flows, layouts, and hyperlinks for usability and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional UI/UX and graphic design experience for digital products or services.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and graphic design capabilities across both web and mobile platforms.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, InVision, and similar design software.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS (SCSS), and JavaScript to bridge design and development workflows.
• Familiarity with iOS/Android design systems and responsive frameworks.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong creative and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Highly organized with multitasking and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently to meet deadlines.
• Desirable:
• Knowledge of motion design and animation tools.
• Experience with branding and identity design.
• Hands-on experience with UX research tools and methodologies.
