Job Description
As a Vendor and Project Manager in Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing vendor relationships and managing projects that support our revenue growth initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery and optimal vendor performance. Your strong project management skills and business acumen will be essential in driving operational efficiency and achieving business objectives.
What You'll Achieve:
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve revenue operations, from planning through execution and evaluation.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to align project objectives with business goals.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline vendor management and project workflows.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all vendor and project activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve vendor management practices and project management processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in vendor management and project management, preferably in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, MS Project).
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present project updates to stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
