We are looking for a skilled Video Editor and Animator with minimum 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will edit videos and create animations to capture the essence of our storytelling. You will work with other team members to deliver high-quality videos that align with our project’s vision.
 

Responsibilities:
 

• Edit raw footage into polished final videos/reels for social platforms and websites.
• Design and animate engaging 2D or 3D animations.
• Develop storyboards for complex animation sequences and pitch ideas to the creative/marketing team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with new ideas for videos.
• Apply creativity and artistic expertise to animate scenes, including character movements, facial expressions, and background animations.
• Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and technical standards.
• Update and revise existing animations to improve overall quality or to fit changing storylines and needs.
• Provide and receive feedback to refine videos and meet quality standards.
   

Key Requirements:
 

• Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in editing, animation and demonstrating a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Sciences, Computer Graphics, or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in editing and animation softwares such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of 3D softwares like Maya or Blender would be a plus.
• Creativity and Artistic Talent: Strong understanding of the principles of animation and editing is mandatory. Ability to draw, sketch, and character design would be a plus.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and an aesthetic sense needed to make appealing executions.
• Team Player: Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Initiative: Demonstrates a proactive approach in taking on new challenges, suggesting improvements, and engaging in continuous learning to enhance skills and contribute to the team’s success and meeting our desired goals.
