We are looking for a fresh graduate eager to build a career in VoIP engineering. The role involves learning and assisting with VoIP systems, PBX configurations, and network troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in VoIP system setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Learn and support PBX systems, SIP protocols, and VoIP gateways.
• Monitor call quality, system performance, and network issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Telecommunications.
• Basic knowledge of VoIP, SIP, RTP, and PBX systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
