VP Digital Factory

We’re looking for a Vice President, Digital Factory to lead the development and implementation of a cutting-edge technology operating model that integrates emerging technologies, fosters agile innovation, and enhances operational performance. This is a pivotal leadership role within our digital transformation journey, aimed at building scalable, secure, and business-aligned digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a digital technology operating model aligned with strategic business goals.
• Scale digital prototypes into enterprise-level solutions through structured cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead agile product development across the full digital lifecycle, embedding cybersecurity and compliance from the ground up.
• Drive adoption of AI, analytics, platform engineering, and emerging technologies to enable innovation and operational efficiency.
• Champion a culture of digital innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure robust technology foundations.
• Integrate data-driven performance metrics into all digital initiatives.
• Uphold organizational values, foster a high-performance culture, and drive leadership development within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or technology operations
• Proven expertise in agile delivery, cybersecurity integration, and emerging tech adoption
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of digital product development, platform governance, and innovation frameworks
