JD Logistics is a global leader in supply chain and logistics solutions, committed to innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence. As we expand our operations in the Middle East , we are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Dubai to lead and optimize warehouse performance.

Role Brief

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warehouse operations , ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance with safety standards . This role will focus on resource planning, operational quality, performance management, and continuous process improvement .

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Optimization

• Ensure efficient warehouse operations by overseeing inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution processes.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and continuous process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, order accuracy, and warehouse utilization, ensuring performance targets are met.

Planning & Resource Allocation

• Develop and implement warehouse operation plans , aligning with business objectives and growth strategies.
• Optimize workforce allocation and resource distribution to maintain efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure on-time execution of projects , meeting operational demands and business needs.

Quality, Compliance & Safety Management

• Promote operational quality control , identifying improvement areas and ensuring compliance with company standards .
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols , implementing risk management measures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry best practices.

Team Management & Development

• Lead, train, and develop warehouse teams , fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Implement performance assessment frameworks and provide guidance for staff development and growth .
• Adjust workforce planning based on business needs and operational fluctuations .

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field .
• Experience:
• 5+ years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in the logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industry .
• Proven track record in warehouse management, operational planning, and team leadership .
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing best practices, and process optimization .
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and operational analytics tools.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Language:
• Fluency in English is required.
• Chinese proficiency is a plus .
