Eyewa is seeking a highly competent and results-driven Warehouse
Operations Supervisor to lead the end-to-end execution of warehouse
functions with a strong focus on operational excellence, inventory integrity,
and delivery performance, in our Kuwait region. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 6 years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations, preferably within high-volume retail supply chains in the Middle East.
This role demands a meticulous professional with hands-on expertise in
inbound logistics, inventory management, order fulfillment (picking/packing), outbound distribution, and system-driven operational monitoring using ERP platforms and Microsoft Excel.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing performance frameworks, ensuring cross-functional collaboration with logistics and procurement teams, and identifying process optimization opportunities to drive continuous improvement across the warehouse network.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
-Manage the full spectrum of warehouse operations including inbound receipt of goods, space management, storage accuracy, picking, staging, and outbound logistics.
-Develop and execute operational workflows in alignment with SLA, KPI, and safety compliance requirements.
-Ensure seamless inventory flow and timely order dispatch aligned with customer delivery commitments.
People Management
-Supervise, coach, and evaluate a warehouse team to ensure productivity, accountability, and adherence to operational procedures.
-Implement team performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
-Oversee workforce planning including shift schedules, workload distribution, and cross-training initiatives.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
-Identify and execute continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce operational costs.
-Develop SOPs and best practices for warehouse activities; ensure consistent adoption across shifts.
-Lead root cause analysis for operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
Technology & Reporting
-Leverage ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) to monitor warehouse performance, manage stock levels, and execute order processing.
-Utilize advanced Excel techniques (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, conditional logic) to generate dashboards, operational reports, and forecasting models.
-Ensure system data accuracy through regular cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and reporting audits.
Health, Safety & Compliance
-Enforce and monitor strict adherence to health and safety standards and corporate compliance policies.
-Conduct regular safety drills, risk assessments, and ensure documentation readiness for internal and external audits.
- Candidate Requirements
-Minimum of 6 years of hands-on warehouse management experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or third-party logistics.
-Strong understanding of warehouse layout planning, inventory management principles, and fulfillment operations.
-Proven leadership capability in managing large operational teams across multiple shifts.
-Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with WMS and BI tools is a plus.
-Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills; able -
to interpret data and drive strategy.
-Demonstrated ability to lead transformation initiatives and scale warehouse operations to support business growth.
-Experience in working within structured, high-volume retail environments in the GCC region is highly preferred.
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.
