Job Description

The Web Developer is responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience meet industry standards. This role involves front-end and back-end development, database management, and troubleshooting technical issues. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of programming languages, web frameworks, and best development practices.

Responsibilities

• develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications
• write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant languages
• collaborate with designers and content creators to implement website layouts and features
• integrate APIs and third-party services for enhanced functionality
• ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize website performance
• troubleshoot and debug issues to improve website functionality
• manage databases and server configurations to support web applications
• stay updated on emerging web development trends and technologies
• ensure websites follow security best practices and data protection guidelines
• provide technical support and updates to maintain website functionality
  
  

Requirements

• bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• proven experience as a web developer or similar role
• proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• experience with back-end technologies such as PHP, Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails
• knowledge of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• familiarity with version control tools like Git
• strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• experience with UI/UX principles and responsive design
• knowledge of SEO principles and web accessibility standards is a plus
