Position Overview:
Intuitive Health is looking for a web platform specialist to join our marketing team. This role will report to the Digital Strategy leader and oversee building and maintaining mobile-first, modern websites on leading content management systems such as Wagtail and Django. This will include developing strategy roadmaps and project plans to help organize cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between design, development, marketing, and content teams to achieve business goals through innovative web solutions.

Location: Remote (requires ~ 5-10% travel as needed)

Responsibilities

  • Work with external agencies in the development, deployment, and maintenance of websites, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, security, and reliability across devices and browsers.
  • Develop website roadmap(s) and manage project plans.
  • Work closely with vendors and developers to implement and maintain third party marketing technology stack integrations (CRM, email marketing, CDPs, etc.)
  • Identify and understand end user pain points (data, usability testing, real world observations, etc.).
  • Use web analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Freshpaint) to monitor site performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics, translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ensure proper tagging and tracking of campaigns for accurate attribution.
  • Implement and manage SEO best practices (on-page SEO, structured data, meta tags, etc.) to improve organic search visibility.
  • Manage day-to-day web-related tasks ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize web content, design, and user journeys to increase conversion rates.
  • Establish and enforce rigorous processes to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Help organize cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between design, development, marketing, and content teams to achieve website goals and innovate solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital business, e-commerce, marketing, business analytics, computer science, web development, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience building and maintaining mobile-first, modern websites on leading CMS, including familiarity with Wagtail and Django templates, to drive lead generation.
  • Experience coordinating with agency partners and/or independent contractors.
  • Excellent project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities to meet deadlines in an environment with multiple and sometimes overlapping priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to lead and influence others.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability – ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of autonomy.
  • Data driven and intellectually curious: Has strong intuition in how to interpret data, uses data in decision making, and interested in all aspects of digital commerce (more than just websites).
