Web Designer
Postali is hiring a Web Designer to join our Client Performance department. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our content writers, SEO strategists, and developers to produce digital experiences that not only look great but also help our clients meet their business goals — whether that’s building brand authority, generating more qualified leads, or increasing case conversions.

This position is based in our Columbus, Ohio office. This is not a remote position.

What You'll Do:

• Concept and design websites and landing pages that are visually compelling, strategically grounded, and aligned with each client’s goals.
• Create layouts, design systems, and high-quality graphics for web use.
• Participate in client-facing conversations to establish or evolve brand assets, develop website concepts, and ensure the design vision aligns with their goals and preferences.
• Help clients define and express their brand visually — from logo development to full branding.
• Collaborate with content and SEO teams to translate strategy and messaging into effective design.
• Ensure all designs follow UX/UI best practices for both desktop and mobile.
• Design components such as icons, typography, and visual elements that contribute to a cohesive user experience.
• Understand the unique goals of each client and design work that supports measurable improvements in digital marketing performance.

What We Need:

• At least 2-4 years of experience in a Web Design role or a role with comparable responsibilities.
• Prior agency experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and mobile-responsive design.
• Proven experience in CRO and A/B testing to drive higher conversion rates on client sites.
• Ability to build and evolve visual brands and consistently apply or interpret brand guidelines.
• Experience strategically leveraging AI tools to enhance design workflows, concepting, or production efficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with content, development, and strategy teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
