THE IMPACT
As the Website Product& Agile Lead, you’ll be at the intersection of product strategy and agile delivery. You will define and prioritize the website development roadmap, ensure alignment with business goals, and serve as Scrum Master to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and outcome-focused team.

WHAT THE ROLE OFERS

  • Define and own the website development product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders across the Web Programs and broader Marketing organization.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories and maintain a well-groomed product backlog.
  • Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), remove blockers, and coach the team on agile best practices.
  • Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical improvements based on user feedback, analytics, and business impact.
  • Partner with user experience experts and developers to deliver high-quality, user-centric experiences on the website.
  • Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on data insights and user research.
  • Ensure transparency and communication around progress, timelines, and priorities.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement in both product and process.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 3–5+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally focused on websites or web platforms.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience facilitating agile teams.
  • Strong understanding of website technologies, CMS platforms, UX principles, and SEO.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience using agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or similar.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
