Job Description
Primary Responsibilities: Maintain and ensure the compliance of QHSE Requirements for operation and delivering high quality service to the client as per the company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- In-Charge person for the well testing equipment and crew assigned to him/her.
- Participate actively in the training and evaluation of testing operators.
- Ensure the provided service met the client satisfaction.
- Implement all the safety rules and procedures and ensure that the permit to work and all the other related papers are in place such as the JSA and attendance sheet before starting the well testing operations and full adherence to HSE rules and regulations.
- Full awareness about emergency response plan and use the stop work authority when require.
- Ensure that all the work procedures have been followed up and conduct pre job safety meeting at the well site prior to start the operations and make sure all personnel have clearly understood their duties.
- Ensure that all the required certifications for his unit are up to date and do the necessary action to re-certify when required.
- Ensure SGS testing maintenance record is updated and enforces the preventive maintenance plan.
- Ensure the quality and consistency check of the data before sending the report to office or client
Qualifications
Profile: Well testing supervisor should possess both technical and soft skills; he/she should have enough experience in the oil field and able to deal with different circumstances including independent troubleshooting and managing the problems in the work area.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of relative work experience
- Diploma with at least 5 years of relative work experience
- Secondary Education with at least 10 years of relative work experience
Required Skills:
- Familiarization with the Best QHSE practices in the business operation.
- Able to interact with all levels of management and clients.
- Good knowledge on software and computer skills.
- Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage the team properly.
- Reading and writing English with good level.
