Luminiv Health, Northern Virginia’s destination for cutting-edge longevity and body sculpting, is seeking a Patient Care & Wellness Consultant to help patients get the most out of our premium treatments — including ExoMind, Emsculpt, and Emsella by BTL.

Whether you have experience as a Medical Assistant, aesthetic technician, or high-performing patient coordinator — if you’ve got the charisma, drive, and empathy, we want to talk.

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and guide clients through their wellness journey
• Educate patients on the science and benefits of ExoMind, Emsculpt, and Emsella
• Confidently recommend and close treatment packages
• Assist with basic patient intake, vitals, and comfort (if qualified)
• Help schedule appointments, maintain records, and coordinate care with our providers
• Be the face and energy of the Luminiv experience

Who You Are:

• Experience in aesthetic, medical, or spa settings strongly preferred
• Prior sales or patient consultation experience is a huge plus
• Warm, confident communicator who can build trust and inspire action
• Naturally outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about wellness
• Comfortable discussing premium service packages and outcomes
• Medical Assistant certification is a plus, but not required
