Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and installation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing window film & graphics in residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut window films & graphics to fit specific dimensions.
• Install various types of window films, including security, decorative, graphic, & custom printed.
• Utilize hand tools and battery tools effectively for installation tasks.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the best installation practices.
• Perform installations using, ladders, lifts & scaffolding
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during the installation process.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools for construction tasks.
• Experience in film & or graphic installation is desirable.
• Ability to perform jobsite work safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of caulking a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A maintenance person background is beneficial for this role, enhancing versatility on the job site.
