We are seeking to hire a "Experienced WordPress BACKEND/PLUGIN Developer" with ReactJS experience to create premium, licensed plugins and provide development services for our clients. The WordPress Backend Developer will be responsible for developing plugins from scratch or modifying the existing ones. You will be mainly responsible for the back end. Candidates with only Front End Development will NOT be contacted.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Field

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Responsibilities:

• Write clean, well-designed code that adheres to WordPress Codex standards.
• Build, modify, and maintain custom WordPress plugins tailored to project requirements.
• Proven experience as a WordPress plugin developer is required.
• Stay informed about rapidly evolving WordPress trends and research developments.
• Provide solutions with pre-built plugins/code-snippets and avoid reinventing the wheel.
• Must be Quick & Efficient in providing solutions, resolving conflicts.

Job Specification:

• Understanding of WordPress frameworks, popular themes, and plugins.
• Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Proficient in PHP, WordPress, and plugin development.
• Ability to research and troubleshoot solutions independently.
• Hands-on experience with plugin development is essential.
• Capability to work on and deliver projects/products with minimal supervision.
• Experience with AI-powered coding tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Codeium for faster development and fewer bugs.
• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, code optimization, and security enhancements in WordPress development.
• Experience with WordPress REST API
• Knowledge of WP-CLI and WordPress hooks system
• Proven experience with ReactJS
• Utilization of AI-powered testing and debugging tools for error-free, high-performance code.
• Strong experience with Git, GitHub, and AI-assisted code reviews for efficient collaboration and version control.
