Position Title: HR ExecutiveExperience Required: 1 Year Location: Karachi (Clifton) Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Office Timings: 12:00 PM &ndash; 9:00 PMJob OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced tech-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment coordination, and employee support. Prior experience in the IT / technology industry will be considered a strong plus.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, and employee records</li><li>Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communication</li><li>Support onboarding and exit formalities, including final settlement documentation</li><li>Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR databases</li><li>Assist in payroll coordination and probation tracking</li><li>Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor law requirements</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to support people operations</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>1+ year of experience in an HR Executive or HR Operations role</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Good organizational and documentation skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and basic HR tools</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
