Job Description Summary

As the Manager, Workplace Transformation you will lead a team of analysts, supporting the Places team with governance and delivery management processes.

You will be with project teams and external suppliers, supporting and enabling effective delivery of Places-wide Strategic Programmes, to ensure effective adoption of the standards and monitoring delivery. To fulfil this role, you will need to demonstrate your capability

Job Description

LEADERSHIP: Building and leading a high-performance team. Coaching and leading teams to deliver excellent outcomes.

GOVERNANCE: Lead the embedding PMO/PCF methodologies, tools and processes to assist effective delivery within cost, quality and timescale objectives. Lead the embedding of the governance approach for key change projects including risk management, planning, reporting, control effectiveness, resourcing, financial management and organisation.

STANDARDS & COMPLIANCE: Application of governance standards and co-ordination of stage gate deliverables, providing advice, guidance and coaching to our project delivery community on governance best practice and overseeing and reporting on quality assurance measures.

CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT: Lead the team in driving improvement and using insight to recommend and develop new approaches.

DATA & INSIGHT: Production and visualisation of data, information and insight to support the governance and control framework, platform requirements and change framework. Include data quality assurance.

PROGRAMME PLANNING: Provide planning leadership, owning consolidated programme plans and programme level progress against key milestones.

TOOLS: Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge of MS Project (preferred). JIRA/JIRA Align previous experience would be advantageous.
