We are seeking a tech-savvy Functional Consultant with a background in Real Estate and Yardi software implementation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior consultants to support the implementation of Yardi solutions & the wider technology-driven transformation for some of the largest and most prestigious real estate clients. Responsibilities will include gathering functional requirements, assisting with user training, and contributing to the continuous improvement of Yardi systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Yardi Voyager and related modules for various clients.
• Support the optimization and customization of Yardi solutions to meet specific business needs.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to capture and analyze the functional requirements of clients.
• Collaborate with clients to document processes, optimize workflows and enhance system functionality.
• Support data migration, system testing, and user training activities.
• Work closely with implementation teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address any challenges in the project lifecycle.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot functional issues post-implementation.
• Help prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the system.
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance both technical and functional expertise in Yardi solutions.
• Stay updated on Yardi product updates, industry trends, real estate best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated ability research, share and learn local market requirements in the Middle East—specifically in the U.A.E. and Saudi Arabia—by capturing regulatory compliance, real estate practices, and Yardi customization needs; must be able to document actionable insights and actively share findings with the rest of the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
• Familiarity with Yardi or any other ERP system is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with an attention to detail.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Comfortable interacting with diverse teams and clients.
• A proactive learner who is eager to continually enhance skills in a dynamic environment.
• Open to feedback and hands-on training to become a Yardi subject matter expert.
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience with Middle East market, ideally U.A.E and Saudi Arabia.
• Arabic speaker preferable
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years working experience in real estate with a robust understanding of property management processes. Knowledge of real estate accounting practices is highly advantageous.
