 Procurement Manager/Assistant Manager
 
 to manage procurement activities for hospitality and hotel renovation/fit-out projects for our client in Dubai. This role requires hands-on experience in sourcing materials, equipment, FF&amp;E, and services related to hotel rooms, restaurants, and overall hotel developments for our client based
 
 in Dubai
 
 - which is one of the largest companies in the region.
 
 
 
 
 
 This position is a contract role with an initial duration of
 
 10 months
 
 and is
 
 renewable.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This role sits in the Procurement Department and reports to the
 
 Procurement
 
 
 Project Director.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end procurement for hospitality fit-out and renovation projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and appoint suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle procurement of FF&amp;E, OS&amp;E, materials, and specialist packages
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with project, design, and construction teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor supplier performance, quality, and compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage procurement budgets and cost control
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure contracts follow company policies and project requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Resolve supplier and delivery-related issues efficiently
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge, skills &amp; experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>

Procurement Manager - Hospitality

 We are looking to hire a Data Analyst
 
 who will be responsible for supporting Customer 360 initiatives for our client based in Dubai, which is one of the largest semi-government companies in the region.
 
 
 
 
 
 This position is a
 
 contract role with an initial duration of 12 months

 based on performance and business requirements.
 
 
 
 
 
 The role sits within the
 
 CRM Team
 
 and works closely with
 
 IT and Data teams
 
 to ensure customer data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across systems.
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a
 
 detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst
 
 who is passionate about data quality, customer data governance, and building a single, accurate golden customer profile. You should have hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, and be comfortable handling large datasets with a structured, rule-based approach.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Review and analyze customer records across the Customer 360 resolution portal and connected systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate customer data in Salesforce and identify duplicate or conflicting records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Merge and consolidate customer accounts to create a single golden customer profile based on defined business rules.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document resolution decisions in line with data governance standards and processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, flag, and escalate data issues, edge cases, and systemic gaps to relevant stakeholders.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Knowledge, skills &amp; experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have
 
 2 - 4 years
 
 of working experience as a Data Analyst or similar roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience working with CRM systems;
 
 Salesforce
 
 experience is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel skills with basic data analysis capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail with a structured and methodical problem-solving mindset.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interpret data rules, customer hierarchies, and unique identifiers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
 </li>
 </ul>
