Overview:

We are seeking a certified and passionate Yoga Instructor to join our team for a ultra rich family group. The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting health and wellness through yoga, guiding family members and others in their practice, and creating a positive and inclusive environment. The Yoga Instructor will be responsible for teaching yoga, and helping individuals achieve their fitness and mental well-being goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Yoga Classes: Lead group and individual yoga classes, catering to various levels (beginner to advanced).
• Demonstrate Poses: Guide individuals through yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), and relaxation techniques.
• Create Lesson Plans: Prepare and organize class sequences, ensuring that sessions are well-balanced, safe, and effective.
• Provide Modifications: Offer modifications to accommodate students with different abilities or injuries.
• Monitor Student Progress: Provide feedback and encouragement to help students improve their technique and achieve their goals.
• Promote Wellness: Encourage students to connect their practice to their overall well-being, including mental health, flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
• Ensure Safety: Ensure that the environment is safe for all participants and that students understand the proper alignment and technique.
• Create an Inclusive Environment: Foster a supportive and non-judgmental space where students feel comfortable and motivated.
• Stay Informed: Continuously develop professional knowledge by attending workshops, continuing education courses, and staying up-to-date on yoga practices.
• Assist with Studio Operations: Assist in promoting classes, help with studio setup and cleanup, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
• Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe practice environment.

Qualifications:

• Certification: 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification or higher from a recognized yoga school.
• Experience: Previous experience teaching yoga (at least [insert experience level]) is preferred.
• Strong Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of yoga poses, anatomy, and alignment principles.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and non-verbally.
• Personal Practice: A strong personal yoga practice is encouraged, demonstrating commitment to the philosophy and principles of yoga.
• First Aid/CPR Certification: Preferred, but not required.
• Passion for Wellness: A genuine interest in helping others improve their physical and mental well-being.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate yoga postures and movements.
• Comfortable with leading physical classes for extended periods.
• Must be able to move, lift, and set up yoga props (blocks, mats, straps).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
