J*We are currently hiring an experienced Zoho Accountant* to join our growing remote team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience using Zoho Books and possess strong accounting and analytical skills.

Location: Remote
Shift Timings: US Hours (Night Shift) ,7 pm to 4am PKST
Work Mode: Work from Home (must have own system, strong internet & power backup)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage books of accounts using Zoho Books
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure all entries are up to date
• Perform bank reconciliations, expense categorization, and month-end closings
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for smooth financial operations
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies
• Manage invoicing, accounts payable & receivable
• Assist with tax filings and audits as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience working with Zoho Books/Zoho Finance
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
