Position OverviewWe are seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making across logistics, inventory control, finance, and quality operations. This role is instrumental in developing and maintaining performance metrics, dashboards, and operational reports&mdash;leveraging Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics, while supplementing analysis with Excel and automation tools.You will work cross-functionally with departments including Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Finance, and must demonstrate strong data acumen, technical proficiency, and a process-improvement mindset.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Extract, analyze, and visualize operational and financial data from Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics.</li><li>Build supplementary Excel tools and models to support deeper analysis and reporting.</li><li>Develop and automate dashboards, KPIs, and data reports segmented by branch location and business division.</li><li>Collaborate with the Logistics and Quality teams to evaluate shipment photos and incident data for compliance and accuracy.</li><li>Integrate data from third-party platforms including Samsara, fuel card systems, TMS, and Insperity HR reports.</li><li>Provide regular insights and recommendations to support logistics performance, inventory management, and customer experience.</li><li>Lead the development of repeatable reporting processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in a data analytics or operations support role.</li><li>Proficiency in Zoho Suite: Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho Analytics (required).</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, data modeling).</li><li>Experience with TMS, Samsara, and fuel card data systems (preferred).</li><li>Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Insperity for extracting workforce data.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li><li>Strong communication and visualization skills (charts, dashboards, presentations).</li><li>Experience with AI tools for automation is a strong plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote <div id='job-id'>Job Id: hso7CvZHswz0R9H1U6+FhDGq0fqflOgDzJR/qItFo2BS8d+U2v8QRlEA75vQGLdU+xrGvxXn5149OPLjxw967F1t6P3mpm8MScnQGuj4S33Ufm5jqisqkj0xhtPTFTG9LyPeDw==</div>
